Unfortunately your dad doesn't trust your better judgement at all and that in itself is what will be his loss. Why don't you try inviting your dad out for a father and daughter lunch one day and have a one on one session with him about how you feel and what the results will or may be if he doesn't soon show some faith and trust in you. Don't set the rules for him but ask him to relax his rules and assure him that you do respect what he wants from you but that he is still in many ways robbing you of a reasonable and enjoyable teenage experience. TRUST is the key word here and he needs to have that in you.
