How do you set "new" boundaries with "old" people?

A or B. C might burn bridges with people you hope to have a better relationship in the future, not to mention you will feel awkward and guilty after (even though you shouldn't). It is just really hard to be get in your face rude to people after having been a push over most of your life and not feel bad later. Been there. Good luck :).
