Should I buy this 2001 Cadillac Seville STS?

My friend wants to sell his White 2001 Cadillace Seville STS to me for $1500. It needs new mirrors, and has some rust on the engine because it was hosed off because a car next to it caught on fire. It also has 156,000 miles on it. What do you think?
